Why are Playoff games starting at 605PM Eastern?

I can see on a weekend Saturday/Sunday but why during the week? That has to be killing ratings as well.

People that work normal jobs out west are still at work at 305PM. All season long they had games going off at 1035PM Eastern and it was no problem.

but they are playing to the local markets, the east games are starting earlier and the west games are starting later. they want to cover as much "prime time" as they can for playoff games

They could have had philly tonight at 7:00 with Houston the second game at 9:30 eastern[8:30 Houston time] then had king James at 7:00 tomorrow to give that team more views...with GS second...

Killed my Cs bet. Damn. 1st half already a winner. I liked +7 game, too. The Cs in this series have been the best value in the Playoffs. Dogs from +5 to +9' every game.

I had no idea this game was tipping off at 6:00.
